Kevala is looking for a Sales and Customer Success Associate to help us accelerate a clean energy future by making energy related data meaningful, transparent and broadly accessible. This role is focused on our Grid Assessor and Network Assessor data platforms. The role will be based out of our San Francisco, CA headquarters with an ability to work remotely based on the candidate qualifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be will be part of a team responsible for the following:

● Managing lead pool and initial contact calls
● Customer research
● Demoing the products
● Customer success and understanding usage and new customer on-boarding
● Account and renewal management

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success.

● Excellent communication skills
● Self starter and ability to work autonomously
● An understanding of software features and sales considerations
● CRM database experience
● Energy management, renewables, and electric utility subject matter expertise
● Can do attitude
